Leadership Styles, Motivation, Communication and Reward Systems in Business Performance

چکیده

This research project aims to analyse the leadership and communication styles adopted by Angolan companies, particularly in Benguela province, their impact on results of these organisations. In Angola, with recent assimilation principles market economy, figure leader must abandon old management paradigms integrate modern organisations into functions, not only focusing achieving goals company but also creating an environment conducive participation involvement employees, articulating strategies so that everyone grows organisation. Thus, general objective is assess managers’ perception style (transformational, transactional, laissez-faire) its organisation’s performance. To this end, a quantitative study was carried out using questionnaire, using, among other dimensions, multifactorial questionnaire (MLQ), distributed sample 227 managers. Data were analysed SPSS descriptive statistics (frequencies, means, standard deviation) inferential (t-test, ANOVA, Tukey’s test).
